Toronto – Commercial Bakeries has committed to becoming a peanut-free facility as of
December 31st, 2010.
“We are thrilled about this transition,” stated Anthony Fusco, president, Commercial Bakeries Corp.
“A peanut-free facility will allow us to meet the needs of all our customers and those who buy from them. It is a necessary change.”
The company has been following the necessary protocol to switch to a peanut-free facility and is optimistic that they will achieve the necessary goal before their self-imposed deadline.
